Bugs on my plants, could use some help!?

I have a night blooming jasmine and a few other plants in my front yard that I just planted, and it seems there are pests starting to munch on my plants.. I haven't been able to see them until tonight, see his picture I took and some of the damage they have been doing. Does anyone know what they are / how I can kill them off or control them??​There was also some ants crawling around, but it seemed like they were eating dead bodies of other bugs, not sure if they could also be eating my plants?​I am in Miami Florida, so a super tropical / warm place, in case that matters as to what might be crawling around!http://bit.ly/2VPr3DP
