Need some advice regarding my potatoes

Hi 4 weeks ago I planted some kipfler potatoes, I used a potting mix of perlite, coir and compost. Initially it was growing well however over the last week the leaves have started to die and one of it has completely gone limp, are they dead or dying? is there anything I could do to save it?http://bit.ly/2HBa4LI
